Here is Basic Nutrition

 

Eat Breakfast

This means pretty much anything. Cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, protein shake. You just need to start your metabolism.

 

Women should eat 1300 to 1500 calories

 

Men should eat 2000 to 2500 calories

 

6 meals a Day, every 3 hours

 

Protein or a Vegetable needs to be in every meal

Have a Protein Shake after every work out
