Where she is at now: Cardio 30min (about 10 min miles)
Issues: Knees
Diet: Has no eating issues
Target Goal Weight 130-150
5 month workout plan
Month 1
3 different full body workouts, 3 times a week, with 20 min HIIT Cardio
Month 2
Push / Pull Workout 4 times a week, with 20 min HIIT Cardio
Month 3
Take 4 Cardio Classes a week, with 40 min HIIT Cardio
Month 4
Rounds based workout 5 times thru, hour cardio with a heart rate of 140
Month 5
5×5 Workout (5sets, 5 reps) with yoga or palities classes, 5 times a week, 30 min HIIT Cardio
