Remeber, everything is good in moderation. Just like if you eat a lot of carbohydrates you'll put weight on the same will happen with protein. It's not without it's own issues. Conversely it's not this deamon that a lot of people make it out to be
Red Meat won't kill you if you eat some of it.
Chicken isn't the magic protein.
