3-6 times a week
what matters more is the intensity of each workout. if you only workout 3 times make sure they are high intensity of you workout 6 you can have lower intensity days.

you diet should be all protien and veggies
your workout should be high intensity cardio and full body weights
we dont suggest you loose this much in this short of time but if you have to this is the safest way. EVEN THEN IT IS NOT THAT SAFE!!!!!!
