Episode 31: Posture Perfect Part 3, The Flat Back
Last week we talked about Kyphosis Lordosis, a really popular postural deviation among Americans, and this week we are going to take it to the opposite side of the issue. The Flat Back posure is one that I had to deal with and work out of, it's also a really tricky posture to deal with because it's really comfortable. I hope this series has helped you focus in on your own posture. We'll be doing this for 2 more weeks.

Like we have said before, posture is one of the most important issues regarding your health and fitness. Not only does practicing good posture prevent you from ending up with joint replacements and having to use special aids like cains and scooter, it can make you perform better in day to day and athletic events.
No on really wants to end up like George, right?

You still get the whole forward head thing but this time people with this posture have weak backs tight abs and tight hamstings.
If you think that you are staring to look like this guy ===> besides the whole white face thing, there are some simple things that you can do.
The super man exercise to strengethen your back, and hamstring stretches to loosen you up.
Over all posture is an extremely fixable condition, so don't get lazy with this because it's really important.
