With shows like the Biggest Losers and Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, there are a lot of people fired up about losing weight. With that is an old fad made new to help those would be weight losers: fat camps. For young and old alike, there are camps all over helping America lose weight.

    hey guys,
    first of all, I love your podcasts. they’re so entertaining and perfect for my steady state cardio days.
    today I was listening to your fatty fat fat podcast (I know, I’m behind) and Kian said that there’s no difference between saturated and trans fats. that’s actually inaccurate. trans fats are formed through the hydrogenation of unsaturated fats, whereas saturated fats are naturally saturated and found in foods like animal products and coconut oil. trans fats are manufactured and not found in nature.
    I’m not sure if anybody has already pointed that out to you and I apologize for being repetitive if they have. I just wanted to clear that up. thanks for your awesome podcasts, keep it up!
