I&#039;m listening to a whole bunch of other fitness podcasts and there is all this &quot;insider talk&quot; and jargon, and they don&#039;t define any of the terms they use. Some of us are trying to LEARN this stuff, so we need definitions and explanations. Ok, so it would be easier to get a bunch of books or hire a personal trainer, but time and money are precious commodities. I can listen to a podcast at work, I can&#039;t read a book.</description>
