    Over simplified? wh-wh-what? That is why I like you guys. I’m listening to a whole bunch of other fitness podcasts and there is all this “insider talk” and jargon, and they don’t define any of the terms they use. Some of us are trying to LEARN this stuff, so we need definitions and explanations. Ok, so it would be easier to get a bunch of books or hire a personal trainer, but time and money are precious commodities. I can listen to a podcast at work, I can’t read a book.
