    Hi guys,
    You freaked me out today with your warning about soy, so I went on a research binge. I’m lactose intolerant, so soymilk has been a great thing for me (and everyone around me ;-) )I think there is enough controversy on the subject to make any definitive statement difficult. One website I trust is nutrtiondata.com, and there are many blog topics on soy. I think like many things, it comes down to moderation and knowing your body. I don’t think eating some soy will make me crazy or make you start growing man boobs. I don’t eat those energy bars as they seem like empty calories. Keep up the good work. I love listening to you.
