Hi guys, now you are on my favorite rant. I agree with everything you said, the only thing I would add is: 1 make sure to eat "brown", brown rice, whole wheat flour, whole grains of any kind. 2 for people who have no clue, include information about some more comprehensive programs, either diets like south beach, nutrition podcasts like the nutrition diva, or a site like nutritiondata.com.
On a different subject, being guys, you probably have never gotten this, but I have been told that I am either too thin, or too muscular. It is ridiculous, I am 5'1" and 110-115lbs, and while I have definition, I don't have bulk. I think that sometimes people make themselves feel better by belittling what they don't want to achieve. But there are two potential topics- people sabotaging your program, and "Is there such a thing as too far in fitness?".
Keep up the good work, and kick some butts.
