Ep 105: Feeding your Beach Body

This is the time to start worrying about what you’re stuffing down your throat if you want to have the beach body you crave (or drop some weight before swim suit season). It’s very doable to drop 40 lbs in the next 3 months, you’ve just got to be dedicated.

    Hi guys, now you are on my favorite rant. I agree with everything you said, the only thing I would add is: 1 make sure to eat “brown”, brown rice, whole wheat flour, whole grains of any kind. 2 for people who have no clue, include information about some more comprehensive programs, either diets like south beach, nutrition podcasts like the nutrition diva, or a site like nutritiondata.com.
    On a different subject, being guys, you probably have never gotten this, but I have been told that I am either too thin, or too muscular. It is ridiculous, I am 5’1″ and 110-115lbs, and while I have definition, I don’t have bulk. I think that sometimes people make themselves feel better by belittling what they don’t want to achieve. But there are two potential topics- people sabotaging your program, and “Is there such a thing as too far in fitness?”.
    Keep up the good work, and kick some butts.
