- Less saturated fat
- Better craps
- Lower cholesterol
- Chance of heart disease decreases
- Not good for an active lifestyle
- Muscle growth and repairs becomes difficult
- Know what you are replacing the “meat product” with.
- Don’t overdo the carbs or fats.
