 Vegetarianism:

A diet based on foods including fruits, vegetables, cereal grains, nuts, and seeds, with or without dairy products and eggs.

 Pros:

  • Less saturated fat
  • Better craps
  • Lower cholesterol
  • Chance of heart disease decreases

 Cons:

  • Not good for an active lifestyle
  • Muscle growth and repairs becomes difficult

Soy is from the devil (look for upcoming podcast on why this is)

 To become a vegetarian you must do it right!

  • Know what you are replacing the “meat product” with.
  • Don’t overdo the carbs or fats.
